Glenn Smith's primary practice is in the areas of civil litigation, commercial litigation, municipal law and collection law, as well as estate planning. He advises and represents his clients on a variety of legal issues, including:

- Construction and contracting disputes.
- Landlord and Tenant issues.
- Estate planning, administration and dispute resolution.
Glenn is a skilled litigator in both the civil and criminal law arenas. He represents his clients before local and state agencies, administrative tribunals, and the state and federal court systems. He also serves as solicitor for numerous municipalities at the zoning, supervisory and council levels and routinely represents clients before other municipal entities.
Glenn regularly advises clients on both personal and commercial issues and has represented and served his clients in an expansive array of legal matters including motor vehicle and premises liability actions, construction and warranty issues, strict product liability claims, corporate disputes, municipal issues and criminal defense. Formerly, he was an assistant District Attorney for the County of York, as well as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
Glenn is also a member of the nationally ranked Roses Rugby Football Club and is the proud father a wonderful little girl. He remains active in the community through various non-profit organizations including the Roses, YorkArts, Pennsylvania's StreetLaw Program, York County Crime Stoppers, the York County Bar Association and the York County Chamber of Commerce where he is an ambassador and the Firm's representative.
