Glenn is a seasoned trial attorney who has distinguished himself through his tenacious and successful advocacy both inside and outside the courtroom. Known by his colleagues for his perseverance and preparedness, Glenn seeks to obtain a full measure of justice for each of his clients if not through resolution then through trial.
As a shareholder in the Firm’s litigation department, Glenn has successfully represented his clients in a variety of commercial, construction and consumer related matters across Pennsylvania as well as in Maryland.
Glenn also serves as Chair of the Firm’s collection department where he routinely assists clients not only in collecting past due accounts and monies owed through judgments, liens and other sources, but counsels clients on best practices to avoid collection related issues.
As a member of the Firm’s municipal section, Glenn serves as solicitor for municipalities and authorities, as well as local and county officers. Glenn is also the solicitor for the Pennsylvania State Mayor's Association, representing mayors across Pennsylvania.
Formerly an assistant District Attorney for York County, as well as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Glenn regularly defends clients who find themselves faced with the specter of a criminal prosecution, successfully helping them navigate through both the Pennsylvania and Maryland criminal court systems, including county ARD programs.

He has been recognized by his peers who nominated him to the York County Bar Association Board of Directors where he also serves on a number of committees.
